Allen Bates is the senior pastor and founder of VFC. Pastor Allen is a gifted teacher and speaker who shows us how to apply Biblical principles to our everyday lives. VFC is blessed to have a God-called Pastor that is full of integrity and the knowledge of God’s Word. He is a man of prayer that refuses to shy away from preaching the truths of God’s Word. Pastor Allen and his lovely wife, Velda, have three grown grown children and two grandsons. Pastor Allen enjoys boating, spending time with his grandsons, and watching his favorite Sergeant York.
